Delivery

Your delivery method is chosen based on the value, weight and size of your total order. Orders are shipped via one of the following:

• Royal Mail services (48 and Tracked)
• DPD Local
• UPS/TNT

*Tracking information and delivery notifications are only available for our tracked services.

For courier services, you should expect delivery of your order the following (working) day.

For Royal Mail services you should expect delivery of your order within 2-5 working days.

All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped on the same day as purchase. In some instances, where stock is held at our suppliers, shipping may take an extra few days.

If you wish to have your item quicker, simply select the ‘Expedited Shipping’ option during check out. The extra cost to you would be £4.99.

In cases where the order is bulky/multi-parcel may incur a delivery surcharge such as a pallet delivery. If this is the case for your order, please call us for a quote of any extra costs. If a surcharge is required, we will contact you after you have placed your order via phone or email.

All customers should expect to receive their order within 5 days maximum, unless otherwise stated. If you haven’t received your goods after 5 days, please email support@power-net.tech

Delivery charges will be calculated automatically before checkout on specified EU countries.

**Due to charges levied by our couriers, the following postal codes may have additional surcharges applied automatically when ordering. All postal charges are shown prior to completing checkout. Delivery lead times are also extended by an additional working day.
